This company goes above and beyond! From day one, Burt and Thor Electric were on top of their game! They showed up on time, and not only provided an excellent quote, but were also very professional and knowledgeable. We were having a pool installed, and needed a lot of electrical work done to ensure it met code. Burt and his crew were fantastic! We called several people, and to our surprise, many did not return our phone calls. Thor Electric was very responsive and cared about our project. In the end, we are glad no one else called. In preparation for city approval, the city inspector identified a few issues that needed to be done before final approval. Bert and his crew returned twice, without complaint, cheerful, dedicated, and did exactly what they promised they would do. These guys are amazing, and if you re looking for anybody in the electrical field to do anything in your house, even as simple as installing an outlet, these are your guys! Plus, they are local and veteran-owned. As a small, veteran-owned business owner myself, I appreciate the effort they put into their profession. And I assure you, you will too! They were great, gave me the option of supplying materials. Came in, covered the area with a tarp to minimize mess. Installed 3 wafer lights in about 3 hours.
