Career Opportunities

Thor Jr. Electrical is always seeking motivated professionals who take pride in their craft. If you want to grow your career and contribute to a team that values quality, safety, and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Thor Jr Inc. is on the hunt for true professionals — not babysitters, not box-checkers.

We want commercial electricians who are dialed-in, hands-on, and take ownership of their craft. If you need someone to remind you what to do every 10 minutes, this isn’t the job for you.

But if you’re the kind of electrician who’s always one step ahead, knows the code inside and out, and thrives on delivering top-tier results without needing your hand held, then we want to talk.

About Us:

Thor Jr Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing electrical contractor specializing in both commercial and residential projects. We’re known for our quality workmanship, reliability, and a team-driven culture where real players thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be jumping into active job sites, handling complex installs, troubleshooting like a pro, and making sure the job gets done right the first time. Responsibilities include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Installing and maintaining electrical systems: conduit, MC cable, Romex, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical problems efficiently
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Keeping work sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
  • Staying on top of assigned tasks without needing constant oversight

What We’re Looking For:

We want top-tier talent — the kind who take initiative and get results. You should have:

  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and current code standards
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints with confidence
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Your own hand tools and cordless tools (and know how to use them)
  • The ability to work independently and own your responsibilities
  • A clean driving record and dependable transportation
  • Reliable, 40-hour-a-week availability
  • A commitment to doing it right, doing it clean, and doing it on time

Who This Job Is Ideal For:

  • Self-starters who don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Team players who bring others up without slowing down
  • Detail-oriented pros who take pride in a job well done
  • Adaptable and flexible minds who can roll with shifting job demands
  • People who embrace challenges and look for the next level
  • Mentally sharp and physically ready to handle the demands of the trade

What We Offer:

  • Paid holidays & PTO
  • Incentive programs
  • Opportunities to grow as the company grows
  • A company that actually values your input, skills, and drive
  • An environment that rewards ownership, hustle, and execution

Thor Jr Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
No college degree? No problem — skill, attitude, and consistency are what we care about.

You’ll be responsible for rough-in to final — managing materials, timelines, and team performance — all while staying on schedule, on code, and on top of your game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a crew through all phases of residential electrical installations

  • Punctual, dependable, and ready to bring full effort every single day
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Own tools and reliable transportation

We’re Only Interested In:

  • Stallions — those who take pride in leading the pack
  • Eagles — those who have the vision to fly high and the discipline to get there
  • People who want to grow WITH us, not just collect a paycheck
  • Team players who know that when the team wins, everyone wins

If you’re coasting, waiting to be told what to do, or just looking for “a job” — this isn’t it.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay, based on experience and leadership capability
  • Health & dental benefits
  • Paid time off & holidays
  • Real opportunities for advancement as the company expands
  • A team environment where your leadership will make an impact

Sound like you?

  • Responding quickly to material needs, scheduling conflicts, and jobsite issues
  • Maintaining accurate records in project management and tracking systems
  • Assisting with weekly reports on job status, labor performance, and budgets

  • People who want to grow into higher operational leadership roles

What We Offer:
